1:1 Monthly Coaching
To optimize your available training time in a busy life, we make every workout count towards your goals. We create a periodized training plan throughout the year so you’re ready for your “A” races or events. For busy athletes with challenging schedules, a flexible, discipline-specific training plan can be the difference between 1st and 30th place.
Reaching your goals is affected by work, family, nutrition, time to train, recovery, and technical skills. We take all of these factors into account when designing and adjusting your plan. Your feedback, current metrics, and the demands of the event will guide every workout we assign. You focus on riding, racing, and having fun on the bike while we handle the details of getting you stronger and faster.

Best Bike split event pace plan
The biggest difference in plans is how much time your coach puts in to analyzing your workout data and planning your training each week. All plans will make you faster and stronger, but the higher levels will get you there sooner and allow you to reach your absolute full potential based on your available training time.
Custom Training Plans
Some athletes prefer to self-coach and just need a training plan for their event. This is a great option if you want some guidance and to save money. We’ll build you a custom plan based on your schedule that will cover every week until your “A” event, up to 4 months. This could be a race, a fondo, a charity ride, or your first century. Plans can be based on Power, Heart Rate, or RPE, and take into account your current fitness. Whether you’re coming off the couch or have high fitness already, you’ll continue to progress and be ready for your event.
Each plan is loaded into TrainingPeaks, which has a free account option. Your calendar will show all the details of each workout and can be accessed through the web or app. If you have a Garmin or Wahoo computer or use Zwift, your workouts will be automatically downloaded and completed workouts will be automatically uploaded to your calendar.
All training plans include unlimited email and text support, following an introductory video chat with the head coach to determine your needs. Below is an example FSE workout.

Custom Strength Training
Your lifting program is customized to your schedule, your lifting history, and your specific cycling discipline. We use the TrainHeroic app to program for you and it’s easy to use with tips and videos for each movement.
All our coaches hold strength and conditioning certifications, so we understand how to program using the safest and most effective methods. We also program for non-cyclists, in which case we would design your workouts based on your goals and lifestyle. For more information about lifting with FSE, click here.
